I think I may try it every night for a bit. Anyone already doing that?

I know they're linking to a CBD product, but there are many other sources that are not tied to any product which claim the same benefits. I think it's worth trying.
I've been thinking about it for some back pain and keeping an eye on anything coming over Google Scholar research references about it well I wait for my state to make it legal. If it's accessible to you it seems it can't hurt, unless era of mixed and conflicting information, and actual experience might be better information than anybody else has and you might find a decent benefit. You can get a pretty decent supply for same money as a good bottle of Scotch, sometimes even a bad bottle of Scotch or a case or so of beer.
yes been taking CBD oil for a few weeks before bedtime and although it may be coincidence, I’m sleeping much better, less anxiety more balanced. The stuff I have has moderate strength and is not cheap. If you are going to try then don’t waste your time and opportunity with something low grade.
I use cbd cream on my feet at night due to peripheral neuropathy. Not magic. Feet still hurt, but I do reliably go to sleep!
CAUTION:
The UK’s FSA dramatically reduced the “safe” amounts of CBD in October 2023.
I’d been on the previously “safe” 70mg but have cut it out completely. It helped with sleep and dystonia.
“The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) is advising consumers to limit their consumption of Cannabidiol (CBD) from foods to 10 milligrams (mg) per day for healthy adults, which is approximately 4–5 drops of 5 percent CBD oil. The updated recommendation is significantly reduced from FSA’s previous opinion that 70 mg of CBD per day is safe.”
I’ve been using it daily for 20 plus years and it has helped me tremendously
Any side effects with constant use?
Could you give some specifics on dose and how it's helped? I'd be really interested if you have a moment.
I currently take a 20:1 Cbd product, 20 mgs of Cbd and 1/2 mg of thc. I get mine in gummy form. My research has indicated that Cbd works better when a tiny bit of thc is used along with it and I have found that to be true. I take approximately a total of 150 mgs of Cbd a day but I’ve taken more on occasion. It helps with my dyskinesia and tight muscles, my anxiety and appetite and sleep and my bad tremors I had upon my dx are all but gone. My research has also found that Cbd is helpful in our pd brains. I realize this might not work for anyone but for me it does. We are all individual in our symptoms with this disease. All I can suggest is to talk to your doctor and try it for yourself and help and see if it helps you. It’s so easy to acquire these days. Hope this helps and best to you.
I get it from a local dispensary. No, it’s not cheap but I manage and I figure I’m worth it, being comfortable and able to have a decent quality of life
I have tried several dispensaries here in NYC, and they don't seem to have that ratio. I think they are busy catering to stoners. If only insurance would cover it, right?
Mimi you say you have dyskinesia, so are you also taking c/l?
