Kinds of CBD?

I ordered CBD from a doctor who advertises on TV. Possibly Dr Oz but not sure. What came in the mail was CBD gummies and CBD oil. The gummies have 10mg CBD per chewie while the oil has 300mg per ml. I know oils tend to go stale if left on the shelf too long. For olive oil I add one Vitamin E capsule to the bottle to prevent staleness. . I wonder if it will work when the fluid is already stale?

My husband uses CBD gummies with .03 of 1% THC. These are legal sold and not required to have medical card. Keep them in the refrigerator for freshness. He feels they help with sleep. The very low THC level in the CBD will show up on a drug test. The legal for medical is . 08% of 1%. He did not like tinctures/oils, the gummy style takes 1 hour to get thru stomach system etc.

Is there something else that will help keep oil from going bad, such as keeping it in a refrigerator which is also therefore of course dark?

I'm not sure. The bottles are opaque so less susceptible to damage from light. A fridge makes the most sense.

I remembered, the doctor was Sanjay Gupta. He sells it claiming it helps with cognition problems.
