80 ice cold baths - UPDATE
, It shocks the Hypothalamus into producing
dopamine
and helps the neuro transmitters as well as the auto immune system. Result? - (Since augmentation, codeine phosphate is my only relief). Possibly it's psychosomatic but I do feel better.

Nourianz new medication to reduce off time
It doesn't have anything to do with
dopamine
. It can reduce OFF time by as much as 2 hours. It was used in Japan for quite awhile and now it has been approved in US.

Dopamine links to some AI diseases and maybe PMR/GCA ?
Recently I have been thinking 'I have no
dopamine
at all !!!' Of course this is totally 'unscientific' I just feel that way - ie. 'flat as a tack' with low in energy and motivation.

Pramipexole no longer working
I have read that this drug is a
dopamine
agonist and that is stops working after a period of time. I am going for blood tests to check my iron levels before I see a doctor next week.

More help please
I have been trying to get back to more sleep , having gone through hell getting off the
dopamine
agonists. It is over 3 months since I began withdrawal, which took 6 weeks to be totally clear. Currently I am on Gabapentin 600 mg in the evening and Targin 25 mg at the same time.

Latest supplements that have seemed to help
I think it must be helping
dopamine
levels if it is reducing apathy. Why don’t you give it a go once researching side effects and making sure it wont interact with your other medication.

Low iron can lead to low
dopamine
so personally I'm eating as much
dopamine

Dopamine Agonists no longer first line treatment of RLS
Can anyone point me in the direction of reputable UK, US national health guidelines regarding the above? Also approaches to withdrawing off DAs. I'm wanting to arm myself before visiting my new doctor. Thanks.

Scientific information about RLS
The 3 main causes listed are "brain concentrations of iron", "brain concentrations of
dopamine
" (or lack thereof) and GENES. 70% of all RLS is genetic. Best to stick with the science of it all. Dr Earley is one of the most respected RLS experts in the world, and he still treats patients, too.

Early Hypo/Hashi's Complicated By Adrenal/Low Cortisol
Free Cortisol - 24 Hr - 60 (0-193) - Low normal - I wonder about this Creatinine - 24 Hr - 9.2 (4.2-15.3) Epineprerine - 24 Hr - 24 - (<100) - Bottom 1/4 - seems low to me given the stress I have been under, but I am not as stressed as I have been in the past Norepinephrine - 24 Hr - 312 (<500)

Why Are Forum Members Who are Using HDT/B-1 Starting To Have Symptom Increases After 6 ~ 18 Months Of Being Stable With B-1/HDT ?
Thiamine is possibly reducing or breaking this vicious cycle that is damaging
dopamine
producing neurons and other cells in the brain or possibly reactivating neurons that have become inactive.

New insights into addictive behaviour caused by dopamine replacement therapy
"They created a kind of wiring map of the brain and found that those who had negative behavioural reactions to the medication had one of two things in common. 'We took circuits in the brain that we know have underlying important behaviours and two of those behaviours are choosing and stopping
