Chemo reduction in PSA
My husband: After 7 years of treatments, we are now to chemo: Docetaxel. After 2nd infusion PSA went from 47 to 32. Is this a Good, normal, average, AWESOME šš» response? He has the CDK12 mutation. š© Thanks for any comments!

Final lap?
Four years on and grateful for that. Enzalutamide stopped working earlier in the year. PSA doubling. Lesion in spine led to pathological fracture and some pressure on the spinal cord. Radiation to spine and pain relieved. Docetaxel started but discontinued due to severe allergic reaction. Nothing for

hello all. Wishing the best to everyone. Just a quick question that I think I know the answer to. After RP in June 2023 pathology was Gleason 4~3 with SVI, clear margins, lymph node dissection negative, prostate 30% involved. First PSA test all at quest was an ultra sensitive post prostatectomy test

Ultra sensitive psa
As my MO basically doesn't want to engage in conversation during my 5 min appointments as he feels it's an insult to his managing my case I was wondering after 7 rounds of docetaxil why he decided to do an Ultra sensitive PSA instead of just a good o PSA. I've not reached an undetectable number as of

Happy anniversary?
It was exactly 1 year ago that I got my first elevated PSA test that started my prostate cancer experience (I donāt like to say āJourneyā). Details in my comic. (http://burnscomic.com) After that, I had another PSA test (still elevated a month later), a pelvic MRI (showing pi-rads 5 areas), then a

PSA holding low!!
Hi all, I just want to give notice to everyone :-) that the PSA is still at a low level after almost 3 years of ADT. So it was 0.03 in July last year. In January it fell to 0.01 and now it went up meaningless, I hope, to 0.02. Good health to everyone!

Xtandi and Intermittent
I started Xtandi 2 months ago and got PSA undetectable. <.001. Now, my doctor suggest me to reduce from 4 tablets per say to 3 tablets per day. A month ago, I say "no", reasoning that reduction of the amount may create an early resistance to Xtandi. But he is persistent. He said no necessarily.
