Starting Orgovyx
I've been taking mono xtandi for roughly 8 months. My most recent PSA showed and increase from 0.27 to 0.53. My MO and I decided it was time to resume ADT. Surprisingly, he was able to get Orogovyx approved and I started it last night. I'm panning the group to check if the half dozen or so SEs are

Orgovyx after 12 months
Just reaching the 12 month mark on Orgovyx. Lately, it is beginning to kick my ass. Just feel weak, depressed and unmotivated to exercise. Getting tired of hot flashes. I have put on about 15 lbs. since beginning ADT prior to radiation therapy. I was diagnosed GG3 (4+3=7), T2bN0M0. Lesion on one half

To radiate or not to radiate?
My metastatic prostate diagnosis was established three years ago by biopsy (Gleason 9) and PMSA that showed "innumerable osseous lesions" throughout my skeleton. I was started on ADT and initially responded well. However, my PSA has now risen to 0.7. So my oncologist ordered a repeat PET/PMSA that

Looking for new treatment
It looks like my current treatment of chemo is not doing the job. First off, 🤫 it has been very rough on my blood counts especially platelets. The low platelet count has resulted in four weeks between infusions (carboplatin, Cabazitaxel). Also, after 3 infusions my PSA is rising. What combination

Xofigo question
Hello everyone,Does anyone have experience with ending Xofigo infusions early and possible consequences? I have completed three infusions with fourth scheduled next week blood test (today) permitting. Since beginning Xofigo I am experiencing increased pain, at times significant. Zero pain prior to Xofigo

psa on the rise,hot flashes
Recently finished treatment, had first PSA test Apr 22, 2024 0.101ng/mL Second PSA test Aug 20, 2024 0.493ng/mL Is there anything here to be concerned with? Should I be having PSA taken more frequently? Still having hot flashes how long can I expect them to last? Thanks for all the information.

First dose Lutetium and adding enzalutamide
Hi all My Dad was unfortunately unable to join the DB-1311 trial because he developed extreme pneumonitis from Keytruda that landed him in the ICU for 2 weeks about 2 years ago, so he is no longer able to use any immunotherapy treatments moving forward. We have exhausted most options now but have lutetium

Curious what you think?
Background: I have to take my wife for all her appointments - doctors, hair, etc. Her MO who treats her blood cancer seemed like a good doctor but I know nothing about blood cancer. So I went to her with my records for a consult with the idea it would be easier and less hassle if we could get appointments

PSA rising
Two months ago, husband’s PSA was .23, last month .20, yesterday .27. MO wants to watch and see what it is next month. Husband diagnosed 9/23, finished 6 rounds chemo on 2/21, is on Zytiga and Orgovyx currently. Concerned about the rise in PSA, would like input. Thank you.

PSA increasing steadily - BUT - on usPsa tests only.
Hello all, looking for your input here. I know that most of you will say that I’m just chasing a number here, but being an engineer, that’s kind of what I do…😂. I’ve been getting ultra-sensitive PSA done monthly with my bloodwork. My bio is complete so if you have questions regarding my history,

Rise in PSA and extra Eligard Injection
My psa has risen from <0.01 in Feb to 0.04 in April to 0.27 in July then 0.41 this week. I had a CT and full body scan on Tuesday, which according to my MO, who I saw today, showed no ‘hotspots’. Because my PCa metastasised to 4 places in 2016 when first diagnosed, I had radiation to the prostate followed
