PSA holding low!!

Hi all,

I just want to give notice to everyone :-) that the PSA is still at a low level after almost 3 years of ADT.

So it was 0.03 in July last year. In January it fell to 0.01 and now it went up meaningless, I hope, to 0.02.

Good health to everyone!

That made me want to know your diagnosis details, and which treatments and drugs led to this great outcome. But there no information in the bio.

have they/ you considered stopping ADT? I am finding the impact of taking this treatment pretty miserable!

Paulo1968 profile image
Paulo1968 in reply toRR67

Yes. I took a shoot on August the 1st, which will be having its effect for 6 months. Then it will be 3 years on Adt. After that according with my doctor I will stop for a while.

thanks Paulo why three years but not shorter? I’m hoping to stop after 18months but wondering if it’s a wrong thing to even hope for

It seems it is hospital protocol! The doctor told me that they follow the international standards about this disease ...I had already 2 treatments before ADT and 1 recurrence. So I assumed it would be right.
