Enzalutamide + Lupron
There was a new study released last week to show Enzalutamide + Lupron for high risk patients after RP or Radiation. I had RP 3/22 and PSA rising to .14 by 8/22 when I started Orgovyx and then later Zytiga. I've been having neuropathy side effects from Zytiga and interested if this might be better.

How long has Olaparib worked for you?
I've been on Olaparib for 20 months and my PSA has dropped from 10 to 1.5. It has started to rise again and is now 4.2. I'm BRCA2 mutation. I'm wondering how long Olaparib has worked for other people. Thanks.

PSA increase nearly one year after triplet therapy (mHSPC), what's next?
Hello everyone, thank you for all your help for a year. My dad went from a high of 3103 PSA to a nadir of 44. He unfortunately couldn't reach a <1 result but it had stabilized for a few months after his docetaxel + zytiga + prednisone. Unfortunately his new result is 67 PSA exactly a year since diagnosis

Just a quick one about little things that can affect us
I had my follow up on Wednesday as I mentioned I’m still not 100%. My heart failure is going to be checked out next month with an echo. The doctor wants at least a month to give the pacemaker a chance to do some magic. My EP does not just treat the heart as if the person does not exist. After our

Order of treatment?
My husband has been on Abiraterone for 5 months during which time his PSA has risen,. Before that he had had 6 rounds of Docetaxel which also saw his PSA rise. Having waited for 6 weeks to have a biopsy and get the results for neuroendocrine PC (he didn’t have it) his oncologist has said he can either

Happy Thanksgiving Eve
Also Happy Hump Day 😁 https://youtu.be/PBsjggc5jHM?si=JPeepmKsrlzyNL0E Silly Kaiser thinks that Abiraterone is chemo and won't mail it, so gotta go down to Bakersfield monthly to get it, but this time I brought Chocolate covered Macadamia Nuts for the AIS Cancer Center Onco and Radiation staff.

Dad with Stage 4 PCa - Need some words of wisdom...again please!
Hi everyone. Just got back from appointment with Dad's oncologist. To keep you up to speed - 3 months ago, his ADT injections stopped working and his PSA started to climb up slowly. Oncologist put Dad on Enzalutamide - been on it for 6 cycles - tolerated well but his PSA has gone from 76 to 87 in one

When To End An ADT Holiday
Just had a lengthy conversation with my MD Anderson MO who agrees with my Houston Methodist MO, i.e., it’s probably better, after an ADT holiday, to allow PSA to reach 0.5 so a PSMA scan can be used to identify any metastices, then zap the met(s), then go back on ADT to put the cancer back into remission

PSA rise from initial Pluvicto treatment
I am curious if most of you that have been through Pluvicto experienced a PSA rise initially? I just finished my first injection, and did see a bit of a jump in PSA level. I had a similar experience in the SPLASH trial last year. After the first Lu177 injection, my PSA shot up quite a lot. This got

Orchiectomy
I have metastatic cp to the bone. I have been on Lupron Xtandi and Hi dose Vitamin C for the last 19 months my current PSA is <0.1 and has been for the last 6 months. I am 83 years old and am in reasonable good health, other than pc. I have read that having an orchiectomy would yield longer life. Also

Trimix with atrial fibrillation meds
I received HDR Brachy and 25 EBRT treatments 3 years ago. My PSA has been negligible since then. I was discharged from the hospital yesterday, after an arterial flutter, my first heart problem ever. I was discharged with amiodarone (Pacerone), apixaban (Eliquis), losartan (Cozaar), and metropol succinate
