Diastolic Dysfunction
I have now been diagnosed with a heart condition called Diastolic Dysfunction . I have had the diagnosis after an Echocardiagram as I have swollen feet and ankles as well as being very out of breath on the slightest exertion. I am still in a lot of muscular pain but have not been actually diagnosed

Up-date re: BP Medication Journey
5th (and hopefully last) blood pressure medication! Losartan gave me a very nasty side effect, after just 2 days my lips and face were swollen looked like I’d had an overdose of Botox and fillers!! Rang GP told to stop immediately. After 2 days to clear it from my blood stream I’m now on Bendroflumethiazide

Some members have been asking me "What exactly is the Low Fat Plant based Whole food?" And any links to know more about this Diet? This made me to make this post for the benefit of all of those who are interested to know more. Well as the name indicates- it is Low in Fat and it is a Plant Based Whole

Constant bouts of Itching
