Calquence and mouth issues?
I’m wondering if anyone taking Calquence has experienced white patches in their mouth? My dentist noticed I have one on my tongue side of gums. It doesn’t hurt and can’t be scraped off (fits the description of leukoplakia when I Google). My dentist thought it looked like trauma and said to call if it

Herbal supplements for bronchiectasis
Would anyone have any knowledge or views on taking cardamom for lung health. I’m currently soaking 3 pods in warm water a day then squeezing out the seeds and drinking it as have heard this is an ancient herbal remedy to kill bacteria and help with inflammation. I also take echinacea daily but am wondering

For those of you who were kind enough to follow and comment on my recent posts, I have to sadly tell you that my 43 year old partner and father of our 10 month old passed away from multiple organ failure caused by decompenstaed ARLD on Saturday. He was so sick the Royal Free wouldn’t move him to their

Recommendations for a good selenium supplement?
That's not expensive? Selenomethionine is the type I'm after. I currently take Viridian which is around £8/9 for 30 capsules. It doesn't last long as I take 2 capsules daily. Previously I used solgar but I didn't feel it was as effective. There's so many different supplement sellers on Amazon now

raynauds pain 🥶
Hi all , This condition is slowly making everyday life quite difficult 😞 I have tried all the handwarmers in the world and some medication and nifedipine- but can’t cope with the side effects . As soon as I get a little cold my hands ‘go’ and the only thing that helps is running under the warm

NAD injections? What if anything can this so for PA?
Someone sent me info on NAD injections and how it can restore nerves and brain fog and all sorts of symptoms we experience with b12d, but doesn't claim to help PA or b12d. Does anyone know more about this? Online info is confusing too me. We make NAD. But it declines as we age. So injecting it is supposed

Have you found a way to cure/improve your peripheral neuropathy?
Hello ladies, I previously posted a message asking about foot massagers or foot spas - best ones to use? I see that some people have also mentioned that acupuncture helped to relieve the pain and others have said that acupuncture did not work for them. Others have said Vitamin B/B12. I do use cream

Sedation--pregabalin to gabapentin
I switched from 150 mg. pregabalin to 900 mg. gabapentin about three weeks ago because I was hoping that maybe I wouldn't have the same daytime sedation side effect. At the very first I didn't but now in the last 10 days it has set in and feels very similar to what I experienced on pregabalin. Two

Intermittent Fasting Could Put Type 2 Diabetes Patients into Remission
The prevention or management of type 2 diabetes by following a calorie-restricted diet is not a new idea. There are now dozens of doctors' Youtube presentations on how to reverse T2D by simply cutting the carbs. Now, research from China shows it could be possible for people with type 2 diabetes to
