Calquence and mouth issues?

I’m wondering if anyone taking Calquence has experienced white patches in their mouth? My dentist noticed I have one on my tongue side of gums. It doesn’t hurt and can’t be scraped off (fits the description of leukoplakia when I Google). My dentist thought it looked like trauma and said to call if it wasn’t gone at the end of the month (3 weeks after found), which is now . It’s not gone but it did get a little smaller and less white but I am still worried. I dread the idea that I will need to have it biopsied. Wondered if Calquence might be the cause? (I’m not a smoker).

"White spots" in the mouth are listed as a "more common" side effect if the drug:

Thank you Sofia! I thought I saw that. I was just kind of hoping more people would say “oh yeah, that’s normal” 🤣 I really haven’t had any other issues with Calquence except some bruising here and there. Hopefully, that’s all it is.

I don't know anything about Calquence. But when I first started taking Ibrutinib, I developed horrible mouth sores. I've been taking valcyclovir ever since to avoid any recurrence, and except for a few isolated cases, it has solved the problem.

Thanks! Thankfully, this hasn’t turned into a sore but I can imagine how awhile that must have been. I’m glad you found a solution.
