Hi ladies, this is my first long protocol after several short. I’ve been on Synarel for 13 days and no sign of a bleed. The clinic scanned yesterday and said I should start soon as I had no cysts. They also gave me a 5 day course of Provera which they said I could take if I want, or I could just wait.
Have any of you experienced this? It’s driving me crazy waiting for the bleed!

Hi there, I've just done my first long protocol too and my period was 5 days late. I didnt take anything, but it came in the end. I was on buserelin though, and the nurse said it can delay things, very frustrating I know 😫 fingers crossed it comes very soon for you 🤞🤞 xx
My clinic is saying that after 4 days since you stopped down reg and you had a baseline scan that didn’t show any cysts you can start stimulation without having a bleed. All clinics are different but you shouldn’t worry. I know that waiting time is hard and is killing me also 🤪 but you are now so close to start.
I also had a similar problem whilst I was on suprecur. I have just restarted my first cycle after corona cancelled my initial go and my period came on day 32 which is 2/3 days late for me. I did speak to my clinic and I think it is pretty normal for it to be late. They did say if i hadn't had one by day 14 of injecting suprecur to contact them.
It's typical isn't it. You go months and months praying for it not to show and the one time you need it, it doesn't appear.
