Low Calcium & Testosterone from Depo Provera shot?

Hello, I've been on the Depo Provera shot for over a year to control my Endometriosis and Migraines. I recently had a private blood test by Blue Horizon and it shows I have low Calcium and really low Testosterone. I've spoken to a digital GP who advised low Testosterone is one of the side effects of the Depo shot but it is never tested in women. When I've looked at the side effects of low Testosterone it's pretty much how I'm feeling. I'm unsure whether the low Calcium is anything to do with the Depo shot though. Has anyone else experienced this as I want to go to my GP and ask for help to boost my Testosterone and Calcium levels. Thanks Jo
