I take 2 but follow the dosage . The homeopathic tablets are - Femlieve agnus castus . You can get from Holland and Barret ... Please take at your own risk ... They are the only thing that brings on a period but note it can be really bad ... There is a period book that is where I got this from Period Repair Manual book . Let me know how you go .
That should work but do not quote me . Read how many you should take I think you can take like the pill . Please send me a private message how you go . Can I ask a question . I went 6 months no period emotionally I was all over the shop hormonal did you have anything like that?
Please note the tablets I have told you mine are the strongest you can get but do what is best for you and take and your own risk . Higher you have more risks but for me worth.
I’ve had no period for 2 years it does get depressing at times like I was In a very dark space before and just would take anything to bring it back but it’s best to try and be patient and not let it get to you head a lot .
Hiya there, I didn’t have my period for 2 years either. I eliminated dairy out of my diet and exercised for 30 minutes a day aswell as taking dianette and that brought on my period within a month of changing my lifestyle. I am now on the combination pill as it is important to not stay on dianette for too long as it can cause blood clots. I would highly recommended eliminating dairy as it worked wonders for me kind regards
Please get in touch with your GP about this. If you aren’t on any form of birth control you should be having at least 4 periods a year. The doctor can give you something to induce a bleed as opposed to taking regular birth control if you don’t want it.
hi, i have tried those tablets for years and they haven’t really worked it sucks. i even lost weight and still it didn’t work i haven’t had a period in 3 years and i have only had around 4 in the last 10 years.
