Hi guys I have PCOS and since my doctor told me to take the pill my period has stoped and it hasn’t come back in 2 years I’ve been to the doctors and gynaecologist but no medication works I’ve also been trying for a baby and nothing is happening.

I’ve had the pill , provera and metformin would appreciate any advice .

Would you be up for a homeopathic tablet that will bring on your period?

I take 2 but follow the dosage . The homeopathic tablets are - Femlieve agnus castus . You can get from Holland and Barret ... Please take at your own risk ... They are the only thing that brings on a period but note it can be really bad ... There is a period book that is where I got this from Period Repair Manual book . Let me know how you go .

Please note the tablets I have told you mine are the strongest you can get but do what is best for you and take and your own risk . Higher you have more risks but for me worth.

I’ve had no period for 2 years it does get depressing at times like I was In a very dark space before and just would take anything to bring it back but it’s best to try and be patient and not let it get to you head a lot .

Hiya there, I didn’t have my period for 2 years either. I eliminated dairy out of my diet and exercised for 30 minutes a day aswell as taking dianette and that brought on my period within a month of changing my lifestyle. I am now on the combination pill as it is important to not stay on dianette for too long as it can cause blood clots. I would highly recommended eliminating dairy as it worked wonders for me :) kind regards

Have you tried Inofolic Alpha. I got diagnosed with PCOS and my gynecologist told me to take it. I now have a son he is almost 2. 🤗

Please get in touch with your GP about this. If you aren’t on any form of birth control you should be having at least 4 periods a year. The doctor can give you something to induce a bleed as opposed to taking regular birth control if you don’t want it.
