What exactly is wrong with me?
Been dealing with this for about five years. I thought it was anxiety and would all go away but 20mg lexapro and 50mg doxepin for the last six months hasn't really helped. - feel tense - frequent headache - constantly feel like i have to pop my neck - myofacial pain/pressure - racing thoughts -constant

thoughts on ptsd (laymans view)
i do not consider PTSD a mental illness. I consider it a type of psychic scalding like a sunburn to skin.....too long exposure to toxic rays....................why wouldnt a person have a PTSD is very commoon secondlary to large amounts of stressful toxic environements....like Psychic radioactivity.

Venlaflaxine experience
Hi all Has anyone got any experience with venlaflaxine - possitive or negative. I was taken off escitalopram, and that was replaced with Venlaflaxine, around 2 years ago. I'm still getting severely depressed, which I didn't on escitalopram. In fact I was a little numb to emotion, which I don't like

OCD controlling your life?
OCD controlling your life? It is mine! Hi all, I'm Kim and I'm 25 and I was diagnosed with OCD in 2015 and have battled with it ever since. OCD has caused me to do some crazy things, I've almost poisoned myself from mixing toilet cleaners and bleach, I can wash my hands with bleach anything upto 20

Gonna give it a second go
I’ve mentioned on here before that I was on Citalopram for my panic attacks and that I was alluding to getting back on ADHD medication since I haven’t ever really been on it (I was in the 3rd/4th grade but I hated swallowing pills so I’d hide them 😅). I am now considering getting back on both because

Separation Anxiety with specific people
I've struggled with (self-diagnosed but backed up by numerous therapists) anxiety for about 6 years (I'm 20 now). Around 2 years ago, I made one super close friend, which doesn't often happen, and while I know we had an intense relationship, she was the only thing that calmed down my panic attacks. She

TTC Month before FET
As the title says, I’m just wondering if it is safe to continue TTC prior to FET? I am due to ovulate naturally later this month, but approximately 7 days later on day 21 of my cycle (so therefore too early to test for pregnancy) I am due to start Buserelin as part of the down regulation for my FET.

A Journey of Faith, Hope and Love - Maura's Story
My first step out of the shadow of my struggle was difficult. I was just a teenager when I developed anorexia and obsessive compulsive disorder. Later came severe anxiety and panic attacks. https://adaa.org/living-with-anxiety/personal-stories/journey-faith-hope-and-love

Freakin struggling
Hello everyone on here. Lately I’ve been struggling more than ever. I’m retired due to my mental illness. But lately any little thing happens and I feel like crying. I feel overwhelmed constantly and full of despair. I’ve posted a few times on here, but this is probably the one time that I feel

Dual diagnosis

How do I break the habit?
I haven't posted in awhile but I have an issue that I have been dealing with that I was hoping to get some feedback on. I have developed a bad habit of excessively touching, twirling, and lightly pulling on my hair. I'm not sure if it would be accurate as to go so far to say that I might have Trichotillomania

Apnea due to opioid use?
I read that one of the causes of central sleep apnea is opioid use. That puts the person at risk for stroke or heart issues. There apparently is no treatment for refractory RLS that doesn't have serious side effects. My question is this: Has anyone with RLS developed apnea as a probable result of opioids
