concentrating on breathing well can help to distract you
I do this app called Dare. It's a paid service but they do have free stuff on there. I listen to the meditations on there. They do have a thing on there called happy heart. It's basically learning to trust in your body. That your body knows what to do. If you are concerned get a work up down on your heart and after you get the all clear, everything is good and functioning like it's supposed to. Then you can remind yourself. That heart ❤️ knows what it's doing. Breathe, go with the flow. Try grounding yourself. 5 things you can see around you. 4 things you can feel. 3 things you can hear. 2 things you can smell & 1 thing you can taste.
Usually works for me when my mind starts to race about things.
