It’s like I’m having a constant panic attack I feel like I can’t breathe. Now everytime I even leave my house I get worse I feel like I’m loosing my mind. I’m so scared. I don’t know how to shake this off!!! I actually feel terrible. Went to hospice with mum had a massive panic attack there walked to the shop felt like I was about to stop breathing. I’m currently outside the hosptial but it’s so packed I just don’t know what to do. I’m crying for help but feel like no one helps me. Surely anxiety can’t make you feel like this

So scared
Are u at the hospital for your mum or yourself? It seems like your stuck in the horrid fight of flight! You need to somehow calm down as you have had a really tough day ! A warm Bath to sooth your tension! I wish there was a magic pill! xx
Kaaayla, now that you are at the hospital with your mom, know that she is being well
taken care of. Get some help for yourself. Go inside and tell someone at the desk in how
you are feeling. There are enough trained professionals around that can help talk with you
This has been so overwhelming for you. xx
No I’m not at hosptial for my mum , I’m waiting outside for myself because I feel like I can’t breathe! Getting scared
Kaaayla, have you even registered yet? Or have been seen by the Nurses?
Standing outside won't help ..
Ended up home I was still waiting it was an 5hour wait when I finally got down the line! I was to bad to wait for 5hours! Just ridiculous
Oh I'm so truly sorry.
Now that you are home, be kind to yourself.
You are safe. Make sure you hydrate and have a little something to eat.
The stress takes a lot out of you physically and mentally
This is your "me time" now.
You must relax for your own sanity.
We're all here to listen and support you.
You are in a very difficult position and we understand that.
You might need to take something the doctor gave you to relax.
If you do, don't fight it, believe in that it will work. I care xx
Your going thru some rough times right now. Surely the situation at hand isn't helping. Do you panic when there are alot of people around?I agree with the others to be seen by someone now. If you have a phone at least and tell them you're outside with issues. They should have somebody come out and check on you. Maybe have it so someone watches you when you are there with mum.
Yes Anxiety can make you feel like this. Stress is the trigger. For immediate relief, set down some place quiet. Do some deep breathing exercises. Use your senses to first hear a noise, a bird chirping, second smell the fresh air, focus on this for 5 minutes, thirdly look at 5 different things you see and focus on one individually give each one some thought, how it looks, what it is etc. Touch something, notice the texture, shape etc but give these items focus. Do deep breathing exercises as you are doing this. Know that a panic attack will not kill you. Tell yourself this will pass. Journal your stress, write it down, write what you can do about it then put it away for another day. I hope this helps! I have been there, it's no fun. But, you can do this and you will be ok!! I promise.
😢 your grief is great; yes, all of those strong emotions can do this to you. Be kind to yourself, true also, but always kind. And press on.
I'm listening to Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes, narrated by Dr. Claire Weekes on my Audible app. Try Audible and get it here: audible.com/pd?asin=B0085XS...
It can make u feel all kinds of ways 😌 plus you are already stressed and probably scared . But just know anxiety can’t hurt you it’s just a bunch of emotions that you are gonna have to allow to pass and practice some box breathing
It’s a lot of apps on the marketplace and apple store that’s helpful .
Also listen to that book I sent you
