I'm sabotaging myself.
I hit my one year anniversary for being on my weight loss journey on Thursday during which I've lost 7 stone and people are noticing and complimenting me a lot. However I seem to be hitting the self destruct button, I'm on day 3 of mindless binge eating. I'm at the halfway point to my goal weight and

Mental Health Resources
I hope that it’s alright, I would like to give you free online resources that helped me with mental health. I would like to help as many people as I can and there’s so many people who struggle with mental health. It’s a serious issue and I think people should have more access to resources, especially

A thought on calf pain
So I get calf pain on my runs, but I manage it OK with stretching and foam rolling. It looks like lots of people are suffering from calf pain too, often a lot worse. And it seems like a bigger portion of the messages coming into my feed at the minute (and presumably everyone else's) are about people

Butyrate Head's Up
There seem to be a lot of folks here taking 12 Butyrate capsules a day based on that post on another forum by a person who said Butyrate, 6 in the morning and 6 at night, and 500 mg of Niacin, cured their PD. I know I mentioned his last week and I see he made this thread: https://healthunlocked.com/cure-parkinsons

Sadness, a lot on this day of the of the week
Hi there. :) I have not written in the while. Recently, I have the new psychiatrist: himself is excellent, most excellent. However, my husband and I meet somebody who we think is the excellent, most excellent friend. No. Herself is an idiot. Once I answer herself's questions, herself attends it of not

Equality for everybody, stop the fighting and learn to live in peace and harmony.
For the people who read my posts and follow me, they know from one of my previous posts just how competitive I have been over my life with various sports and how many different competitions I entered being such an athletic person in my youth and virtually unstoppable and unbeatable. It does sadden me

..........and the guilty supplement is...........?
Hey everybody. I’m back on the supplements band wagon after a couple of years deciding that they were more money than they were worth. But we try anything twice as PWP right? 😂 Trouble is, one of these little beauties is giving me terrible upset tummy (gurgling like Ol’ Faithful). Without me trying

No sleep in hospital
So my dad is currently weaning down with trach on and he’s breathing on his own today with some help of oxygen, so we’re doing good there. But he hasn’t slept in 48 hrs. I know he doesn’t sleep well at night anyway but not this bad. I know sleep schedule can get really messed up being in ICU and things

Feeling Despair
I am a senior citizen, and I am new here. I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for several months now. I have been on a very high level of Buspirone (120 mgs a day), which after several weeks is no longer working, after a relatively anxiety-free 4 or 5 weeks. I know I may need an anti-depressant

Treating sleep apnea with CPAP therapy is associated with lower risk of heart problems
Findings from a recent study show that patients with untreated, moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea had a higher risk of experiencing a cardiovascular event, but the risk of incident heart problems was decreased in those who used CPAP therapy. Results show that people with moderate to severe
