I have been taking Folate supplements and B12 injections (every 2nd day) for 2 month now - but nor feeling much better - should I add Choline supplementation as well?

Should I be taking Choline Supplements (as well as my B12 injections and Folate supplements)
If your diet doesn't contain enough choline (if you don't eat enough meat, eggs, etc) then you may need to supplement with choline. As long as it's less than 500 mg a day.

For so many years (due to very high LDL Cholesterol levels resulting in Peripheral & Carotid Arterial Disease - so they tell me) I have been told to abstain from red Meat, Dairy , Eggs etc (I don't eat chicken either - it makes me gag!). I now eat red meat twice a week & cheese (Pizza) once a week, no milk etc. My Cholesterol Levels were initially at 11, and due to above dietary restrictions level dropped to 7 but plateaued there. I am currently on Praluent (self) injections (2 x month) which bought my levels down to 5. I just really feel so lousy - still can't walk more that about 10 steps (despite Folate & B12 injections for 2 months) without becoming breathless & my legs feeling like lead (starts in my thighs). I'm woken at night by my feet going complete numb (I honestly cant feel them) and have to sit on the edge on my bed waiting to get the feeling back before I can stand on them (I have stumbled a few times 'cause I have no feeling in them) - I'm reaching the end of my tether I can't go on like this
