Plaquenil, Amitriptyline and now Cymbalta
Hi Again, (this is a followup to a previous post) So I went to see my regular doctor as a couple of you had suggested. I explained about waking up hot and cold while taking the Plaquenil and Amitriptyline and feeling worse than ever lately. The doctor printed out the letter sent to her from the Rheumatologist

Duloxetine side effects, please help
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & prescribed Duloxetine on Thursday & took one pill. That night I could not sleep, heart racing, sweating, burning bladder, incontinence (never had before), twitching, restless legs out of control. It's been 3 days & I still have constant tingling/tremors/pins & needles

Steroids and Hashi's
We saw a consultant privately as no Endo appts available soon in Norwich & getting desperate. he prescribed a 3 week course of prednisolone in an attempt to reduce the inflammation and let the Hashi's get on with destroying wifey's thyroid. 20mg/day, then 10mg, then 5 mg over 3 weeks. Helen takes Paroxetene

cymbalta (duloxetine)
Anyone take Cymbalta, generic is duloxetine? I’ve been taking it for over a year now. I don’t have any bad side effects but I do have muscle spasms/jerks when I am relaxed and trying to fall asleep. Anyone else have this same issue?

Anxiety and depression
Hi, My therapist recommended I joined a support group for anxiety and depression. Long story short, I've dealt with anxiety since as long as I can remember, though at the time I did not know something was "wrong" with me. Anxiety showed up during my childhood, adolescence and now adulthood in eating

Introduction
I'm new to this forum. I had a one-point increase (2-3) in my PSA over 12 months which sent me to a urologist that had me do a 3d biopsy that showed I had cancer. My Gleason scores averaged about 8. I had a Prostatectomy two months later in Jan. '18. Radiation (40 treatments ) and Lupron shots followed

Lupron Side Effect
I'm new to any forum ever. After my second 6 month shot of Lupron, my hot flashes are under control with 20mg of Paroxetine HCL (Paxil), but my fingers on my right hand are slightly swollen and stiff. These symptoms have progressively gotten worse. My right thumb is now involved. I have had steroid shots

A Solution finally!!
Hello everyone, I have been suffering from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks. And despite being on regular medicines including paroxetine, clonazepam, I never really felt that I was improving. Until this day. When a small Ad popped up on my screen called Headspace. It is a beautiful app

Venlaflaxine For Fibromyalgia
Is anyone taking Venlaflaxine for fibromyalgia and if so what are your views on it. I was on 90 Duloxetine for the past 4 years and my weight had climbed to 15 stone and I’m only 5ft 3ins in height. Only been on this for a short time so not sure if it will help my weight or not. I also take paracetamol

Tiredness (again!)
Actually it is more than tiredness - it is hollow-legged, shaky insides, exhaustion and I want to know why! This is day three of my third lot of oral steroids in six weeks, and day three of my second lot of antibiotics (despite my chest being clear). I am on week 7, day 2 of being poorly - the latest

What a scary, sudden onset to Psoriatic Rheumatoid Arthritis . For a while I thought I had Frozen Shoulders and pain from carting heavy cases. And working hard. Then in agony I went to my GP and was quickly diagnosed. It was a huge shock! Just been given a script for Duloxetine for pain, I think I
