Advice needed
My son has high blood pressure and high chlolesterol and the doctor has put him on amplodipine 5mg. Overall he seems okay and only been taking it three days. His knee has swollen, should he tell doctor. He is also taking paroxetine antedepressants. Also he has fatty liver. Cannot understand why this

Demoted for being ill
So today, in a meeting with the editor of the Scottish newspaper for which I work, a meeting I instigated because I have been off for a couple of months with the old can't-get-out-of-bed-today-wish-I-was-dead ruse and wanted to sort out a phased return to work. But I was told I was being demoted because

Best advice needed for flare up after the flu
I've had the flu and after three weeks my fibro is still so bad that I can barely get out of bed. I have no support at home and I'm not doing very well, the pain is unbearable. I'm already on maximum tramadol and pregablin and duloxetine but I'm really not coping. I've been to the Drs but all they suggest

duloxetine
Hi it would be nice to get any body to share there experiences and opinions with Duloxetine, it was suggested that my wife goes on this one instead of Mirtazapine, because she also suffers from and duloxetine apparently can also deal with the pain side of things apart from dealing with the mental heal

I have been diagnosed with all three neurological disorders and have learned several things that might be helpful to other sufferers.: 1. These are neurological disorders and are best treated by neurologists. Most GP’s and PCP’s are not current on best practices for treatment of neurological disorders

Paroxetine
Has anyone been prescribed paroxetine for anxiety? If yes then do you feel sleepy and like yawning the whole day? I have been feeling it these days and it feels embarrassing when people are around.

Taking my first step
So I went to see a doctor yesterday and was prescribed medicine for my anxiety. It's crazy that I put it off for so many years convincing myself I could handle anxiety and panic on my own. Day 1 I actually slept better with the trazodone and I am on generic versions for the anxiety, buspirone for the

I don't know how to feel
I've tried multiple depression meds. And I started duloxetine last month. 30mg and uped my dosage this month to 60mg but I haven't noticed any changes. I have noticed that I'm not emotionally unstable as usual but I still haven't noticed much of a difference physically or mentally still. I still feel

Has anyone tried Duloxetine?
Newly diagnosed with Fibro after being in pain since 2006. Amitriptyline doesn't work for me and I couldn't deal with the side effects either. Tramadol does take the edge off and it gives me energy but I'm worried about getting addicted to this so don't really want to be on it long term x
