Hello everyone,
I have been suffering from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks. And despite being on regular medicines including paroxetine, clonazepam, I never really felt that I was improving.
Until this day.
When a small Ad popped up on my screen called Headspace. It is a beautiful app with lots of guided meditations for a wide spectrum of problems.
I have been since then meditating for 10 minutes twice a day. And the results are really satisfying. I have started feeling more calm and composed. My reactions to all those anxious thoughts is becoming healthier.
