Anybody changed from sertraline to duloxetine did they have to wean off sertraline first.

I haven't been on Duloxetine, but I see it is an SNRI. I was moved straight over from Sertraline to Venlafaxine which is another SNRI. I can't remember if one was reduced as I introduced the other or just a switch. I will check on the NHS app.

Just to add - yes a straight switch. But did have to wait for venlafaxine to build in my system as it works a bit differently.
