I read in a book Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) like dapoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, could help with delay ejaculation.
Has anyone used such for this? Wondering on their effectiveness and any side effects or caveats about them. Use of such pills seems not as well known compared to ED pills.

I’m currently struggling with premature ejaculation, and I’m using dapoxetine. It works well for me—it’s a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that helps by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, which delays ejaculation and improves control. I take it about 1-3 hours before sexual activity, and it gives me the results I need. Side effects are generally mild, like occasional nausea or dizziness, but they’re manageable.
I’ve also heard that other SSRIs like paroxetine and sertraline might have a similar effect on premature ejaculation, though I haven’t personally tried them. However, it’s really important to remember that medication should be managed carefully, and self-medication can lead to unwanted side effects or interactions. It’s always best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting anything new!
