Does this sound like fibro?
A couple of doctors have said it's fibro but lyrica and
Cymbalta
didn't help. Other doctors think I need more tests- the only thing is, I live abroad and I can't afford any more tests as I've spent a fortune. Plus they seem to have ruled out everything serious.

Nope. No Way.Never again!
I have previously posted about my sensitivity to a lot of meds so questioned and double checked when asked to try
Cymbalta
(duloxetine) ,a new one to me and then pregbalin again which I have reacted badly to before.Eventually I agreed to try the
cymbalta
as the nerve pain from CRPS is so excruciating

Feeling blue
I'm pretty flared up, though the
Cymbalta
I take for depression seems to be getting between me and a great deal of the pain, which is nifty. Sometimes, though, this just feels like too much. Not just the RD, it's having one more damn thing to deal with. I'm weary of it.

Cymbalta
I have been taking
cymbalta
for three week now 60mg. Per day. So far no change in the neuropathic pain I my hands. How long should it take before one experiences some relief and what are the withdrawal symptoms if one stops takin it. Also how long should side effects last.

Fibro
My doctor finally put me on
Cymbalta
30mg that is really helping and even helping my margarine headaches. I do know Fibromyalgia can make your eyes sensitive to light to were you can't drive at night. Since I have been taken the
Cymbalta
. I am so amazed on how it is working for me.

RA and kidneys/bladder
When he first gave me the
Cymbalta
it helped my overall tendon/muscle pain tremendously and very quickly, but it never did help the joint pain...ugh! But on to my question.

Medication
I'm going to my doctors in an hour to have a chat about my meds again and was thinking of asking about duloxetine (
Cymbalta
) as I suffer with severe depression too, but I know it's not actually licensed in the UK yet. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Duloxetine (Cymbalta)
I saw my rheumy this week. I told him that I didn't think the hydroxy was helping as much as it had been, and I was hurting more and more. He said that I was on a very low does of Duloxetine (20 mg), and he would like to up it to 30 mg a day for a month to see if it helped the pain. He said that if

Neuropathic pain in hands
Having suffered neuropathic pain in my hands for three years since neck surgery which I can only describe as like having my hands in a nest of wasps I finally secumbed to trying
cymbalta
which is an anti depressant which is supposed to help with nerve pain but I had to give it up as it made me feel so

Cymbalta
I've just started taking
cymbalta
for chronic nerve pain in my hands and already I feel so sick. Does the nausea normally pass after a short period. If not this sensation is as bad as the pain. Any advice out there please.

Best drug for neuropathy due to nerve damage
These are
cymbalta
, lyrica, gabepretine and any other suggestions out there. I would prefer a drug that doesn't affect my weight. Any advice welcome.

Cymbalta and Hypothyroidism?
Hi All, I am wondering if anyone else taking
Cymbalta
has recently diagnosed as hypo. I have been taking
Cymbalta
120mg daily for over 5 yrs for panic attacks and anxiety and recently when reading the list of side effects, it stated it could lower thyroid function.

Back and still Bats!
The
Cymbalta
I'm taking has finally sorted itself out, so I'm feeling much more myself. It does help me with the pain, in that I'm still aware of it, but it feels like cold flames rather than hot. I'm sure that makes no sense whatsoever, but it does make the pain more manageable.
