Cymbalta update

Have spoken to GP they advise coming of 30mg I will taper coming of this as I'm sure there will be side effects. Spoke to PM secretary can't get an appt till Dec......but they have drop in clinic first week of month do I will see nurse then. Don't feel so keen to try preglabin but by the time I come of this I may need to. Feel I don't want any more heavy duty pills any holistic suggestions? TT

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you cannot get an appointment until December, and this does seem like a long time to wait? Apart from my medication, which includes Pregabalin and Nortriptyline, I also use a TENS Machine which I find useful. I have tried a wheat pack but alas all it achieved was to upset my bladder! (sorry).
