Hi. New member, and annoying symptoms
I’m depressed (can’t up my depression meds unless I have
counselling
. I’m waiting). And since before Christmas, I can’t eat anything without setting myself off! I mean, I’m talking vegetables, but I like vegetables. I like granary bread and proper tea as well.

Time to grieve? 3rd neg after blastocyst transfer
I’m already onto adjusting up my supplements in line with ‘it starts with the egg’ for frozen transfers, restarting acupuncture as I had stopped, self-care and
counselling
. Weighing up how long does the body need to grieve (how long is a piece of string) to go again? What’s everyones thoughts?

Frustrated
Hi glad I found this group. I have had depression and anxiety for a long time 2000. Dx Generalized Anxiety Disorder Effexor worked after going through a few meds as my stress level climbed my doctor at the time gave me Ativan .5 as needed added to Effexor it worked. (That was in 2000) fast forward

anxiety
Hi I am posting to see if anyone else has a similar story with anxiety and maybe see if anyone can give some guidance. I grew up in a very toxic (mentally and physically abusive) household. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 17 after a DUI arrest and was taking medication for about a year

How to talk to friends?
Recently I've had difficulty speaking to my friends. One stressful instance where I tried to explain then defend myself to a (now) former friend opened me up for rough verbal abuse from them. I was stuck with them, unable to just leave. I opened up to them. Another instance, I had to filter my re-telling

can’t get this out of my head
I’ve had
counselling
which did help a bit. I just can’t seem to stop thinking about this. Maybe someone has experienced something similar and can advise me of how to deal with this. Thank you

Week 9 run 3 and thank you
So decided that today was the day for the final run . Did the run with Laura who has been with me throughout (thank you) and then kept running until I completed the 5K ( very slowly) in 51 mins. Reflecting on how far I have come with C25K , you have been with me through the first year of retirement

Desperately need help asap
I have a 22 year old daughter who was diagnosed last year. She is on meds but no therapy or coaching. She is struggling as well as the rest of us as she is not working to get help. She only uses meds sporadically. When she doesn’t she is up all night and sleeps all day. We are desperate to find some

Any support would be appreciated.
I have a history of disordered eating which I have not informed A doctor about and instead revived private
counselling
. This has triggered the disorder eating and I found a nutritionalist to support me. I have failed to lose the weight and again Themis has triggered disordered eating this year.

Keep freezing when wife has anxiety attacks.
Since having our 5 y/o daughter, wife's anxiety has increased dramatically. For the first 4ish years she'd direct her anger towards me. That was hard as of often struggle with feelings of not being good enough in life anyway. I'm now on ADD, anti-depression and anti-anxiety meds, doing better. To my

NOT PMR, says the Rheumy, after almost 7 years! YOU WHAT?
With a history of medical negligence which has led to decades of mental health and PTSD, years of
counselling
and anti depressants, I feel like I might EXPLODE!

Returning to ‘normal’…
I am attending
counselling
with perinatal specialists and plan to begin CBT soon. My anxiety and worry is continually up and down paired with low moods especially with time of the month, all within a reasonable remit but enough to make me feel low at times and alone.

How to stay positive?
I’ve had lots of
counselling
sessions and although ill never be able to get over my loss, I’ve worked on my grief and would like to try again. I’ve had my tests done and things are in place for a potential start in March. How do you keep away the nagging feelings?

Do any apply to you? Please do post, I am adding comments as we are all on different time zones, Thank you all. How do you know when you need help with grieving? Grieving a loved one is normal, but there is a point where the grief can overwhelm you and make daily life challenging long term. How do

Is there support here for the spouse of the ADHD patients?
We are in in our 60's and he has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. We found out by being at our wits ends and about to divorce after 25 years and thru counseling it was discovered. I was shocked at how the descriptions fit both him and myself. I am the responsible one, I do take care of alot of the
