How to sleep more with low cortisol and hypo?
I’m having a lot of trouble falling asleep and remaining asleep. I have been checked for cortisol with the 24h saliva test, and I was low. I also have hypothyroidism. Are there any supplements I could take that really make a big difference when trying to sleep with adrenal fatigue?

How common are 'ulcers that are not exactly ulcers'?
One that is one or two small bumps/granuloma/inflamation that only disappears with an injection of
cortisone
, and another type, that looks more like herpes and also gives me fever, swollen lymphs, night sweat etc.. I know it sounds confusing.

Cortisone treatment, insomnia and Cortisol
Can anyone explain if there is a link between the
cortisone
treatment and the disappearance of my insomnia. Could it be that the
cortisone
treatment has corrected/adressed an longstanding adrenal problem?

Steroid dependency?
If I do how do I manage stressful days if adrenals aren’t producing enough of their own
cortisone
😏. Are you meant to adjust dose at difficult times like stress or infections? Would it be worth asking for referral to endocrinologist to try hydrocortisone?

Adverse reaction to DIM Plus
Hello, I was wondering whether anyone else has had a bad reaction to DIM Plus? I started taking it to reduce my oestrogen dominance but I've felt so dizzy, lethargic, starving hungry, faint and shaky that I've had to stop it. I do suffer with endometriosis, under active thyroid, adrenal fatigue, low

Yet another thyroid level question!
Hello, I'm new here and was recommended this site for it's wisdom around the thyroid. I had a couple of private blood tests for thyroid function a year apart...the last one I received was flagged as suggesting my thyroid may be becoming underactive. The levels were: TSH 1.45 T4 11.3 T3 2.86 Hypothyroidism

I have just come back from having this test done - I have Hashimoto’s and this year has been just the worst year of my life - my son was critically ill with asthma, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and along with the usual life stress, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer... I thought all was going

Low dose NDT too high?
Hello, Writing here as I am confused and not sure shall I continue what I started, or drop, as anxiety is very strong. 10 days ago took a vit D shot B.O.N. 200 000 UI single-intake oral; 7 days ago started on 1/2 grain of NDT in the morning. But about 5 days ago I noticed a sharp increase in anxiety

Cortisone
injections helped inflammation & swelling but could not tolerate methyltrexate and the other drugs I was given . I was on such high doses of oral
cortisone
that I developed Cushing Syndtome and was slowly taken off that and was just on analgaesia.

Pain in feet and hands/ Raynauds and tarsal tunnel
The doctors also said I have circulation issues, but at this point all they have done is given
cortisone
shots. So far it’s not done anything to help the pain. It’s excruciating. I’ve always been healthy, the last two years this has all come on suddenly.
