Adverse reaction to DIM Plus

Hello, I was wondering whether anyone else has had a bad reaction to DIM Plus? I started taking it to reduce my oestrogen dominance but I've felt so dizzy, lethargic, starving hungry, faint and shaky that I've had to stop it. I do suffer with endometriosis, under active thyroid, adrenal fatigue, low cortisol and low sodium so I think this has something to do with it. Any advice, suggestions or comments will be welcome. Thank you Jo.

A genetic test(23&me)confirmed genetic predisposition to oestrogen dominance.Still got large fibroids, although 68 & went through menopause at 54.

Used progesterone cream on & off since mid 40s but never able to overcome oetrogen rebound,

Genetic Genie recommended DIM.

First time I took it I was REALLY ill,but thought I had the Noro virus as it was going around.

Took it again months later.Same result-ie as if poisoned.Went in the bin.

I have Hashis & adrenal issues.

Now trying best quality Maca in capsule form.

Hi Naomi - thank you for getting back to me. We sound similar - I've tried progesterone cream but didn't feel a difference. How is the Maca working for you?

I have been using black gelatinized Maca for 6 weeks. Now having 6 weeks off,as recommended, but moving on to red Maca,as this one is suggested for hormone inbalance.

Will try it for at least 6 months before I try & work out whether its doing any good!Had some breast tenderness at first, but that passed.

When I was perimenopausal I found Agnus Castus good for balancing hormones,Now I am postmenopausal,it just causes oestrogen rebound.
