Treatment abroad - help please
Hi everyone, I haven’t posted on here for a while. My partner and I have decided to move on to egg donation due my age and low response to IVF with my own eggs. It’s been a difficult decision but I’m feeling hopeful. I’m using a clinic in Spain, Alicante, called Ur Vistahermosa. I’m in a bit of

Is mild IVF better?
Started IVF 1 year ago at age 37, diagnosed with both unexplained and DOR. We’ve been unable to conceive since we started trying at 32, fobbed off by every doctor in the US and UK for years because “you’re so young, just keep trying.” I’ve been embryo batching at CRGH since summer 2022, having done 6

International clinics
Can anyone help please? I think I have run a natural conclusion with my clinic in London. I want to go abroad now for treatment and am looking at double donor. Can anyone recommend some clinics please? Has anyone been to IVF life, Instituto Bernabeu or IVF Barcelona? Would be grateful to know

Quality of blastocyst
Hi everyone, I’m fairly new on this network. I’m 43 but nearly 44 soon & had 2 rounds of IVF (to see how many eggs I can get) before the embryo transfer which was couple days ago. Found 5 eggs, 1 dropped so out of 4 eggs, only 2 fertilised but only 1 reached 5 day blastocyst. I was told the grading

Moving during NHS IVF treatment - transfer over?
If you moved during your NHS funded IVF treatment can you easily transfer to a different CGC/clinic/hospital to continue it (depending on what the new CGC offer d of course)? Or would you just lose what you have then potentially not get anymore with the new one? Does anyone have any experience of this

How low have your AMHs been when successfully collecting eggs?
I wrote a week or so about donor egg logistics etc, but we’ve decided to have a look at our own stats with a fertility MOT, just so that we fully know our options. My AMH was 2.2 and 1 in July and August 2021, so I’m not hopeful 🙈, but those with low AMHs, could you let me know how low your AMHs were

Vaginal Microbiome Test
Has anyone had this? What did you get out of it? Was it a helpful addition to your IVF or just another cost racking up?

Post IVF only please. When can resume exercise at “normal pregnancy” and not special IVF only walking rules?
POST IVF only as advice is not same as NHS/standard pregnancy advice. I’m 5 weeks (so happy etc!). my IVF clinic says I can’t swim or do gym exercise which is fine - no unnecessary risks - very happy to obey the rules. And will update me at the 6,5-7 week scan. Does anyone know if that’s the

44 - worth another shot?
Hi, I’m at a bit of a crossroads. I’m 44 and single, and had my first IVF cycle in May. My AMH is 11.5, my AFC is 13 and my uterus is healthy. I went into my first cycle with very low expectations, given my age. But I was feeling quite hopeful after my egg collection. I had 16 eggs collected, 14 mature

symptoms in 1st 2 months after IVF
hello, I wanted to ask someone if If they had positive HCG after IVF, what symptoms can they expect in 1st 2 months? I am really worried. I am not feeling much at 20 days post FET and my thyroid is spiked to increased medication dose.

NHS IVF prescription costs?
Hi just wondering, I've heard that some people pay for IVF prescriptions ie injections, progesterone etc and some people don't on the NHS Could it be which area you live in? Just curios as to how it works. Thanks 😊

Crown Rump Length at early scan
Hi everyone,I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their CRL measurements if they had an early pregnancy scan? I am currently 7 weeks pregnant after two rounds of IVF 💓 I had an early scan at 6 weeks and 4 days and the CRL of our little one was 8.1mm. I was so emotional I forgot to ask

Emotions post FET
I did FET this month and my HCG levels were low, with the 3th blood test showing a drop in hcg. Dr asked me to stop my meds and do hcg next Monday.I guess it is likely a chemical pregnancy. I have never had a hcg level more than 5 before. I knew the outcome is unlikely to be good. But despite giving
