Hi I’m new to this forum and thought I would share my journey so far. Currently on my first IVF cycle. I have stage IV Endometriosis and PCOS. TTC for 3 years. I had a laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy in May 2023. On Prostap for 4 months. Started Stimulation 24/08 with Meriofert for 10 days, with transvaginal scans every couple of days for close monitoring due to PCOS. Triggered with Gonasi 10,000 02/09. Egg Collection 04/09, 8 eggs retrieved. Updates yesterday 05/09, 5 eggs fertilised. Aiming to transfer on Saturday 09/09, keeping all my fingers and toes crossed we have some embabies by day 5.
Anyone else on a similar journey? The wait is awful and it would be nice to speak to people who are in a similar situation. I’m spending all my time googling and reading other people’s experiences. Not getting much sleep. Trying to stay positive

Hi BabyDust. Well you certainly have had lots of good preparation, plus you are being carefully monitored too. All I can do is wish you all the best and hope more ladies out there get goood care too. Good luck. Diane
Hi, I’m not currently in a similar situation (you can see the history in my profile) and I’ve just had my 5th embryo transfer. But I just wanted to say, I completely sympathise with how you are feeling. I’m really struggling to sleep more than a few hours and find it so hard to distract myself. I find getting out for walks helps and watching s good tv series. I posted yesterday asking for tips on getting through the 2WW so you will find some other suggestions there. Sending you lots of love and luck. Xx
Hi Crie1983 thank you for your reply. I am going to look for a good series to start today and go for a nice walk for sure. Definitely helps to keep distracted. I’ve had a read through your post and there’s some great ideas there thank you. I’m sorry you have had such a tough journey, and I’m sending you lots of luck and love too on your tww wishing you all the best for a positive outcome. Xx
