pain on ovulation

Hi all

I am due to start IVF cycle next week, I am ovulating now as I know the signs so well, I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and ended up having the right tube removed, since When I am ovulation from the right side I have a really bad pain on that side specially this time! I’m worried once I started stimulation I will have more pain I have mentioned this to the clinic but they weren’t concerned! Has anybody experienced this?
