Anti inflammatory action of statins
I asked him if
coq10
might work but he says there's no hard evidence. Do any of you know of any supplements which act as anti inflammatories? I've looked up diets on the internet but there's a lot of conflicting advice. Thanks in advance!

Experimenting with Supplements for Pins and Needles
For the past 18 months I have been trying out different supplements for peripheral neuropathy. Some of them provide temporary improvement but then it is back to business as usual. On Emphysema, Vitamins and...
I'm writing today to give just a small amount of input on a couple of vitamins/supplements that I've had direct experience with and which I know have had a positive effect on my emphysema;
CoQ10
and Fish Oil are two that I can attest to having made an appreciable difference in my condition.

Heart Health - The Truth on Diet
I only take a baby aspirin and vitamin D, and
coQ10
enzyme daily. I feel reinvigorated, am in the best shape of my life, and had to buy an entirely new wardrobe. It is much easier to shop for clothes when everything fits perfectly.
