Should I stop the adrenal support?
I have been taking 2 Nutri adrenal, 30mg
CoQ10
and 2000mg vit c per day for several months on the advice of Dr P. I no longer have postural hypotension and have noticed that I am feeling anxious a lot of the time. Could this be because I don't need the adrenal support anymore?

Possible Useful Information on Supplements
There is often an interest in supplements on this forum. Unfortunately, some Internet sites may have a bias in their presentation, and it can be difficult to review the "science" behind the claims. While I'm not in the business of endorsing any sites, there is one that seems to give a section about

How much coq10 does people use for PD? Does anybody uses supplements alone? How easy or hard to get domperidone from canada?
Sorry too many questions in one post. Just wonder which of two evils to deal with, side effects of sinemet er or PD?

COQ10 - is it causing my rash?
I am concerned that the
COQ10
I am taking is causing a very itchy and red rash which is now on my elbows, inner part of the knees, and forehead. I am taking 'Nature's Best' but wondered if anyone has had this problem, or if anyone knows of a hypoallergenic version?

Has anyone tried the supplement Astaxanthin for Parkinsons?
I have been reading lots of research that claims Astaxanthin is 800x more powerful an antioxidant than
CoQ10
, and that it has great potential benefits for PWPS. The studies indicate that it supports brain function, eye sight and is being studied to treat Alzheimer's as well.

CoQ10
Have just read in a health magazine the following - Some statins have been linked with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes. And now preliminary research from Oregon State University suggests that co-enzyme Q10 could help counteract this. More studies are in the pipeline.

Been to see Dr BDP
I will also re-start the
COQ10
which I had stopped, and am investigating the possibility of 'Serenity' cream because he believes that I have oestrogen dominance. SpaTone for the iron, and sunshine for the vitamin D.

Really struggling. I am totally lost. Help!
I also began to take
COQ10
to support my heart. He also sent me for a battery of tests again - persistent cough, TATT, myalgia (that's what was on the form).

Nutri Adrenal
I am taking
COQ10
in an effort to strengthen my heart, and vitamin B12 (Methyl). It has been suggested it could be adrenals after 7 years of under-treatment, so my question is this: Is it safe to take Nutri-Adrenal or is it essential to test first? I am really struggling here.

What I feel has been helping, hope it will help you too
I just wanted to share this with you guys in case it would help you too. This month I didn't realise my AF was starting that day. That has NEVER happened to me. Normally I'm in pain and have period cramps for couple of days before AF. I've been trying to pinpoint what has helped but I'm not sure

Palpitations and irregular pulse - why?
I am already taking
COQ10
and B12 in a spray form under the tongue. I haven't had the money to test vitamins and ferritin etc, that's the next job if the T3 does not improve things. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice that you can give.
