anyone heard of Doctors Best High Absorption CoQ10 - BioPerine?

Hi Guys,

Thinking of getting this as it is a good price and the ingredients seem right to me. But what is bioperine? Does anyone know?

From what I understand, Bio-Perine is produced from black pepper, and helps absorption.

Make sure you take this form of co-Q10 powdered capsule with a fat/oil containing meal. Because it's a fat soluble vitamin, so taking it with a glass of water won't be sufficient. I think Drs Best do an oil encapsulated version of co-Q10 but make sure it's not in soya oil! So maybe best to stick to the powdered capsule if this is the case.

For clarity:

Co-Q10 has not, so far, been formally classified as a vitamin. As our own livers can create it, albeit possibly not in the quantities some believe necessary, it seems unlikely that it will be so classified.
