Yes I used to take the CoEnzyme but just the 30mg tablets as I found any stronger and the tum started playing up but as unfortunately I have IBS that is par for the course. To be absolutely honest I didn't notice any difference when I stopped taking it but of course it may be because I could not tolerate a dose high enough to make a great deal of difference. I took it initially (not knowing at the time I had fibro) because I was taking statins which seemed to be causing me alot of muscle aches and I was hoping to alleviate these.

I have read alot of articles recommending it as a good supplement for fatigue and to help muscle stamina so certainly worth a try as long as you make sure it does not clash with anything you are already taking. I always use to ask my doctor first before taking any supplements other than a multi vitamin just to be on the safe side. Best of luck if you decide to have a go.x

I take the stronger dose, 200mg I think I find that my mood is better with them and am a lot more down if I don't take them. Not sure they necessarily affect my fibro other than when you are down pain can appear worse.

Not what you're looking for?
