Hi there all, just a quickie! My doctor has agreed to include a mineral and vitamin over view in my next blood test tomorrow. Are there any specific trace minerals/ vitamins that I need to ask about to make sure they're included in the test? I'm on 5mg Carbimazole daily at the moment, and supplementing with D3, Magnesium, Selenium, Co Q10, BComplex and a regular multi vit/min.

I am actually beginning to feel more energised, and am sleeping better with only one loo visit per night now!

Be very grateful of pointers!

Arab, the usual suspects are ferritin (stored iron), vitamin D, B12 and folate.

Thanks Clutter. I'll be sure to prime the nurse! It'll be interesting to see the results - which of course I'll be posting here. 😉
