T3 only - how high do you keep your FT3?
I recently started on the progesterone only pill to try to even out monthly dips in my symptoms. It’s definitely helped. My most recents posts on here were because about 3 weeks after starting the pill, my FT3 went sky high and I felt awful. Whilst I was aware the increased progesterone might push up

How long does it normaly take Dofetilide to work?
I have been taking dofetilide for just over 1 month. I don't have AF but thousands of PAC's, ectopics and atrial tachycardia every day. These palpitations keep me awake for hours every night. So far I have seen no relief from palpitations. I see the doctor next week and I want to get off the pills because

Cerazette weight and high BP issues.
I'm currently taking the pill cerazette and have been for about 7 years. I'm over weight and have high blood pressure but anything I do to try lose weight seems to prove impossible. I walk at least 5 miles a day along with other exercise and eat super healthy. I was doing so well and had a kick in the

My first doctors appointment was in 2006
Hi all, I have been seeing the doctor since I was 13 years old with extremely painful and heavy periods, to be told they’re just period pains. I’ve been with irregular bleeding, painful urination, the lost goes on. As I have got older, especially in the last three years I have been in so much pain

FET - starting buserelin tomorrow
So tomorrow we start on the buserelin injections again, joy of joys😂🤣😂 really don't like the side effects of buserelin, it's the devil😅 This evening had another melt down, microgynon seems to make me a tad loopy! Anyone else had this on microgynon? Literally no idea how anyone could choose to use

Cerrelle constant bleeding
I was given the progesterone only pill because I can’t take the combination pill as I have aurora migraines and it increases the risk of stroke. Well I have been bleeding constantly for two weeks. I’ve been on it for 5 weeks. I can handle the annoyance of a constant period but not the pain and discomfort

Struggling with Premenstrual Symptoms & Hypothyroidism
Apart from the standard advice, is there any way to manage PMS? Is there a link between the severity of PMS and hypothyroidism? I've always had irregular periods, even before I developed Hypo. I'd always have to miss 1-2 days of school at the start of my cycle due to the severity of the symptoms. I went

Antivirals
Hi All, I tested positive on Wednesday via LFT so sent my priority pcr which came back Thursday as positive. Missed periods
I had very successful surgery for stage 4 endo in 2019, since then I’ve tried merina coil and cerazette mini pill and neither work for me, I bled constantly on both. In between trying them both last year I had 6 months of irregular super heavy periods, 63 days was my longest cycle. I had some menopausal

Please help. Where do I go next?
I had my first gynaecology appointment this morning and have come away feeling like I haven’t been listened to and my symptoms are not real. I am considering my next steps and whether to go back to my GP. I had been waiting 1.5 years for this appointment and feel very upset that I may now not get any

Struggling to get a diagnosis
Hi! I have been getting symptoms of endometriosis since I was 15 and I am 26. I have been to the GP on several occasions over the past 11 years with symptoms and they brushed it off as painful periods and gave me the pill. Most recently I changed GP surgery and finally seen a GP that listened to me.

Post Catheter Ablation
I'm 72, fit, considered generally healthy, although I had an ablation 7 days ago. It went 'smoothly' according to the electrophysiologist. This treatment came as a choice after 2 years of Paroxysmal AF episodes. My symptoms were very pronounced. The 'pill in the pocket' didn't really help me. However

What it really means to have IBS
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS, you’re most likely scouring the internet for information on how to naturally treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). As a hypnotherapist who was diagnosed back in 2011 with IBS, I’m hoping my experience can shed some light on this poorly understood condition

Refusing to continue Zoladex, but offering no other suggestions.
Hi Ladies, I am currently on month 4/6 of Zoladex injections to treat my severe endometriosis. Had a telephone update (with the gynae secretary may I add) and they are refusing to allow the injections to continue past 6 months but cannot offer me anything else in its place. I should have an outpatient
