Contact dermatitis

I thought it was contact dermatitis or a cortisone allergy. My doctor didn't want to believe that. Despite this, my skin never completely improved and I noticed a connection with the cortisone spray.

Other than seeing an allergist for contact dermatitis - which I don’t have - I’ve never had them diagnosed. I take an over the counter antihistamine to help with the itching. I’m wondering if this is related to my MPN?
