Prolactin levels and your experiences ?
Am wondering how many of women here have had high prolactin level readings on a regular or even irregular basis ? Have you not been tested ? There’s some interesting treatment studies into using prolactin receptor antibodies instead of prolactin suppression as an effective inhibitors of endo growth

Using transdermal E2
Ronron's posts about using E2 instead of ADT have been interesting. Who else has used? If so: 1. Has anyone switched from using Lupron (or any 1st or 2nd level ADT, such as Firmagon, abiraterone, etc.) directly to transdermal E2? 2. Has anyone who has used it eventually become castrate resistant

Bio-Identical Estrogen Safety
I miss my estrogen. I have osteopenia and I'm post menopausal. At the age of 64, is it safe for me to take bio-identical hormones for my bones? I have been without synthetic HRT for about two years and my bones are falling apart. Are there any studies on bio-identical HRT?

Best HRT options after total hysterectomy
Hi, hope you’re all having a good day 🤗 After having a total hysterectomy and ovaries removed, I’ve been on Tibalone for a few years now, it seemed to be working, I wasn’t having too many menopause symptoms, but for the last 6 months it has got so bad, I have no energy, low mood, really bad brain fog

Prostatectomy, radiation, chemo, Eligard. What's next?
Last month my PET scan revealed prostate cancer has spread t o my bones. I have read Estrogen has been used effectively to stop cancer progress and, in some cases, has actually decreased the size of the tumor. Has anyone used Estrogen as treatment for advanced stage 4 prostate cancer? At this point

TWW madness
Hi ladies, I hope you’re all doing ok x x just a quick question for you guys as something just popped into my head & I can’t seem to find the answer online. I’m currently 7 days into my TWW (3rd transfer & 2nd fresh cycle). On my first fresh cycle which resulted in a BFN, I started bleeding 2 days

Timing to start combined pill for endo?
I was recently referred to a gynae to investigate endometriosis following an ultrasound and relevant history. The gynae prescribed me the combined pill (microgynon 30) to try in the first instance. I'm taking it back-to-back for 4 months to stop my periods. I've not been on any hormonal treatments

estrogen
Hi. As I am newly dx with Hashimoto, I have had many blood tests done. My estrogen as I predicted is non existent. I am 56 menopausal many years and can't take HRT. I do have estrogen cream and suppositories. Is there any natural ways to boost estrogen?

birth control
I’ve been having horrible mood swings on the birth control pill. My doctor thinks I could possibly be sensitive to estrogen. I’ve never had a baby so an IUD is not an option for me. Im looking at the Depo shot or the nexplanon implant. However she did say depo can make my depression worse. Does anyone

low thyroxine or low Estrogen? How to balance these two hormones?
I haven’t posted for a very long time. I have central hypothyroid, I have no TSH. The TSH can never be a guide for me. For years I have been trying to balance my Estrogen replacement with my thyroxine replacement and I don’t feel that I have ever managed it. I can get rid of the hot flushes but I

Update on my Endometriosis!
so! I’m now a fully fledged Christie’s patient!.. I’m under the specialist centre, not the standard centre! So ok, my Endo journey so far! I’m a complex patient with wide spread disease of very many major organs! After one major surgery 6 years ago, I was subsequently lied to by my tertiary care hospital
