I’ve been having horrible mood swings on the birth control pill. My doctor thinks I could possibly be sensitive to estrogen. I’ve never had a baby so an IUD is not an option for me. Im looking at the Depo shot or the nexplanon implant. However she did say depo can make my depression worse. Does anyone have any in-site with this?

An iud is safe if you haven’t had children. Restricted recommendations were lifted years ago by the fda. Who told you it was out? Besides condoms it is the only one that isn’t chemical based.
