Egg donation IVF
hello, 46 yo trying IVF by egg donation. Today is day 13 post transfer and I may need to leave to go home due to threat of war, before the 15th day blood/echo date. I have a “BioSynex” (french) at home test with me. Is it at all useful to take the at home test now? The only real difference I see, provided

Oestrogen side effects
Does anyone get side effects from oestrogen? I’ve got some mild cramps, so panicking it’s period pains as in a random bleed coming, and I’m not sleeping well at all…

Thin lining issues driving me crazy
This is my first time posting and I suppose I’m just looking for a bit of reassurance or encouragement as I feel very deflated and like there is no end in sight :(. Been TTC 3 years. My first FET was cancelled to thin lining. This is now my second FET, been on 6mg estrogen tablets and 2 100mcg patches

Estrogen Replacement therapy after surgical menopause
Hi everyone! I would like to chat with somebody who may have or is going through a similar experience. I had a full hysterectomy- removal of everything, over 20 years ago. I am on 2mg of Estrogen once per day. The docs used to do the implant yearly but it is no longer available. I am now 51

questions on lining for FeT
I’m on medication for frozen embryo transfer as I have lining issues . I was on progynova 2 mg 4 times a days and 50 mg oestrogen patches changed twice a week . I measured endometrium thickness of 5.6 Mm on day 14 . But when scanned on day 19 they say it’s gone down to 5.2 mm. They could also see

IVF medication following BFP for those with POF?
Hi everyone Hoping to find a consensus re: dates of stopping hormone treatment for those with premature ovarian failure going through IVF. Recently thrilled to get a BFP following D5 DE FET (still early days, only 4.5 weeks along). My clinic seem to adopt a 'one-size fits all' approach and stops progesterone

What is role of hormonal therapy drug when taken with targeted therapy, eg Piqray or Ibrance?
I’ve been curious about this and wondering if anyone can explain. I want to better understand the role of the hormone therapy eg Faslodex when taken with targeted therapy such as Ibrance. Does it just reduce the amount of estrogen available to the cell and “lightens the load” on the targeted therapy?

Why do I feel so rundown on ibrance?
Hello, I am a breast cancer survivor, stage 4, her2- , estrogen and progesterone positive.I was on Ibrance and letrozole for around 2 yrs. I was told the pills usually only last 9 months. Almost Depends on the person. Every time I have my labs done my white count and neutrophils were too low.

Hi everyone, Looking for some advice/ anyone that may have been in a similar boat. Today was egg collection day (4th time). They managed to retrieve 4 eggs but I was told that they would have to be frozen if they make it to day 5 blastocysts due to my bloods on Monday showing high levels of progesterone
