Hi ladies, struggling with hot flushes keeping me awake most of the night following surgery for ovarian cancer few months back. Anyone found a good supplement that can be used by those of us for whom HRT is contraindicated ( alot I read about have natural ingredients which mimic oestrogen so are advised not suitable for ovarian cancer patients). Thank you
