John F. Kennedy - Autoimmune Diseases
Just finished a Kindle book about John F. Kennedy - really interesting. I’m amazed how stoic he managed to be as, apart from his known back pain, it seems to confirm Dr J Chandy’s paragraph on JFK in his book, “Vitamin B12 Deficiency in Clinical Practice”; also that autoimmune diseases often run in

Hi, The general advice to eat “healthy” for good cardiovascular function sounds sensible. eg less saturated fat and salt; more green vegetables; kale; spinach; berries eg blueberry; alcohol in moderation - especially red wines with resveratrol (antioxidant) eg Malbec etc. (In fact, alcohol in moderation

How long do b vitamins take to work
I looked up my last blood test 378 b12 so I started taking 5000mg a day of
b
12 lozenges ( seeking health) and a string
b
complex
vitamin. How long do I wait to see results? I have no change in symptoms yet and starting to loose hope.

NAD, Thiamine (B1) and Day 63 of TTDF 7/18/22.
My first thought was other
B
vitamins (a
B
-
Complex
has helped) but has not completely brought my BP under control. I have high hopes for Molybdenum. I have on order with expected delivery of tomorrow.

High Vitamin B Blood Levels - Should I Be Concerned?
I just got the results of some bloodwork that was done fasting, and without taking B vitamin supplements for over 24 hrs. The results are as follows, and I'm wondering if I should be concerned, especially for the B1. I have been doing the HDT routine for a while (2 yrs??? not sure) But I have settled

Low B12/Folate Symptoms
- and should I continue with the B12 and get some Folate drops/tablets rather that the
B
Complex
which contains Folate ? I have also read that untreated Paraesthesia can be irreversible - how long would you have to have this before this was the case.

Now I'm worried
I have not been supplementing because of supply issues but have ordered Thorne
B
Complex
,
B
12 and Vitamin D. So my questions are will that blood test result be reliable and where do I go from here? Siobhan

B vitamins
so I have finally got round to ditching my multi vitamins and I am currently ordering separate vitamins (everything I am low in). In regards to The Bs. I have decided after reading hashimotos protocol to buy b1 and b12 separately. The b12 i have is in a picture below. Do you think this would be ok
