so I have finally got round to ditching my multi vitamins and I am currently ordering separate vitamins (everything I am low in).

In regards to The Bs. I have decided after reading hashimotos protocol to buy b1 and b12 separately. The b12 i have is in a picture below. Do you think this would be ok?

That's not really a good idea, because all the B vits work together so need to be kept balanced. We usually recommend a B complex with methylcobalamin and methylfolate (Thorne's Basic B). Whether or not you need to take B12 and/or folate separately on top of that, depends on your levels.

That liquid B12 doesn't say what type of B12 it is.

Where do you usually get the B complex from?

Thank you for your help. Sorry I didn’t say much back in my last reply! I was frantically trying to cancel my other orders. If a product says folic acid but not synthetic type, would that be ok?

Any product containing folic acid but saying it is not synthetic is lying to you. Folic acid was developed/invented in 1943. No human had ever taken it before then.
