Been taking 100mcg and 75mcg of Teva Levothyroxine on alternate days for the last 10 weeks.
My blood draw was done before 9am and I was fasting and last Teva Levothyroxine 24 hours before.
Oct - TSH 0.97 mu/L - R ( 0.27-4.20) in July my TSH was 2.20 mu/L
B12 - 814 ng/L - R (180-999) in May B12 - 343 ng/L
Special shout out and thanks to SeasideSusie for advice on supplementing with Thorne Basic B Complex and Jarrow Methyl B12 for the last 10 weeks. I am vegetarian and have never had such a good B12 result. I was always the lower end of the normal range.
Any advice re: the TSH result would be appreciated. Posting late as had my blood draw last Wed but today when I called I was told results were not back and still showing as pending. However, just checked the NHS App and the results have been uploaded.
Thanks and Appreciation as Always!

Will get full vitamin and the thyroid bloods done privately. I am starting to get muscle weakness again in my legs and I am feeling overwhelmingly tired/fatigued. I do have Hashimoto’s. Will come back and post full updates once I get my private results.
would def recommend supplementing with Thorne Active B Complex and Jarrow Methyl B12. I have been supplementing for 2 months now. Good Luck and do let us know how you get on 🙏🏻
