More recent bloods & dose increase

After my last post regarding my private blood tests, my Endo increased my levo to 100/125 alternate days. I've just had more blood tests, 6 weeks on through the Endo so no Ft3 and again he says they're in range! I really lost my sh*t and got out my list and explained how I've been feeling since having Rai a year ago. He now wants me to try 125 dose daily to get me higher in range. He also added that in 4-6 months time, if there is still no improvement, we can talk about adding in an alternative thyroid medication... Would this be the bioactive T3? Unfortunately I was so gobsmacked I was lost for words and didn't ask him to elaborate. Dumb.

Would it make sense for me to have private bloods done before that next appt to check the Ft3 and vitamins again? My gp prescribed a low dose ferrous fumerate to try and up my ferritin and it has increased a little from before. I am also taking the basic Thorne b complex, vit d3, magnesium glycinate, omega3 and selenium to raise all my levels. Plus he put me on Hrt 6 months ago which has definitely levelled me out mood wise , although my brain is still mush and I have absolutely no energy or life in me still.. Can I do/take anything else to help?

FT4: 16.5 pmol/l (Range 10.8 - 25.5)

Ft4 is only 38.78% through range

Ferritin is low

Aiming for ferritin at least over 70

Look at increasing iron rich foods in your diet

No vitamin D, folate or B12 results

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Yes done at 9am and last dose 24hours before as you advised me last time. Endo isn't interested in vitamins, last time I did privately with medichecks. I'm thinking to test those before for my next appt? I'm taking 3000 units soft gel caps vit d3, 400mcg magnesium glycinate at night, omega 3's, 100mcg selenium, Thorne basic b complex.. Plus ferrous fumerate..
