Dad's bloods - endo appointment this afternoon
Hi all My dad went to see a private endo at start of September. He increased his Levo from 100mcg to 100/125 on alternative days. His most recent bloods have shown that his TSH has reduced from 0.9 to 0.34 but his T4 hasn't changed it's actually gone done slightly from 16 to 15.3. He's also on 5mg

Advice on latest results
I've started on a methyl
B
complex
last few weeks and now adding extra methyl folate - are these best taken together, or spaced out? I use a D+K2 spray, 4000iu a day. Thyroid levels very similar to a month ago, but antibodies have increased by around 60 units.

Iron/folate results advice please
I do take a
b
-
complex
vitamin with 400mg of methylfolate - might I get too much? As for the thyroid my Sept results were: T4 - 17.2 (pmol/L) (12-22) TSH - 1.1 mu/L (0.3-4.2) I failed to convince the GP of the need to test T3 as well, grrr!

Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone could help my decipher my results again? For context, I am 41 and trying to conceive. These are follow up tests to the ones I had in September (which I will attach in a separate post). I took the advice from this forum following those results and have been supplementing

Update for my daughter re loading injections. and the rest.
Folate
She has good stores but will maintain a dose of 400mcg as part of
B
complex
. Her stomach seems to have settled down (I posted elsewhere about stomach pains after the first injection). Thanks for reading.

Recent Tingling Feet
I take 25mg D3 and a
B
complex
with 100% of each. Sometimes I take a B12 with a K. Sometimes I take a Boots multivitamin with a range of vits. Today when I walked feet sang a bit afterwards. I am waiting for a foot X-ray as I went to the physio and reported the foot feeling.

I take 2 X Thorne Basic

Basic B Complex
I have noticed a huge improvement in my fatigue, muscle weakness and loss of hair since I have been supplementing with Thorne Basic
B
Complex
and B12. I can now do 10,000 + steps quite easily and dont feel like collapsing into bed afterwards.

Low t4 postpartum
I haven’t been able to take my usual supplements (
b

etc) as they say not to use when breastfeeding. I have been strictly gluten free for several years.
