Supplements recomandation

Hi everyone, just an update really on supplements. After few fails with B complex from 2 companies I went ahead and order Pure encapsulations brand Vitamin B6 only.

I don't tolerate vitamins and supplements on pill form but this one I am amazed. I was up on my feet all day without being tired on Friday to me is life changing.. this is the day I collapse to rest for the weekend.

Feet wise regarding burning is a different kind of pain and no intense as normal so I think this time I am going in the right direction. Just wanted to share with you all how Vitamin deficiency can make you feel in top of everything else and how important is to find something that works. Xx

What form of B6 did the other products contain?

The latest one from pure encapsulations is B6 as pyridoxal 5 phosphate that I now take.I have now read what you sent me and I am taking the one that is safer as per document. Thank you, that is really a good read. I had the list of symptoms somewhere but couldn't find anymore for hypothyroidism. I need to make a list for my next appointment so that is useful to have in hand as usually forget all,as there so many.
