I was able to manage it with
Colpermin
& a probiotic so it didn’t affect my life too much. Then in February this year I started having daily lower stomach cramps, back pain & going to the toilet 6 times a day. It’s not diarrhoea though.

Constant rumblings and grumblings!
I've tried lots of things including
Colpermin
, charcoal tablets etc, they help sometimes but often not. I find if I settle down and listen to a relaxation clip on YouTube my guts do settle but as soon as I stop it all starts again.

What products or other things help/ease your symptoms?
Tried lots of things,
colpermin
, charcoal, low fodmap, relaxation techniques etc all help to a degree but symptoms always return or never really completely go. And I'm fed up!

colpermin
but were otherwise pretty dismissive), have munched my way through charcoal, elimination diets, have swallowed untold supplements and have spent

General tips
I found better than my
colpermin
prescription is a paracetamol which calms the nervous system down as well as treating pain and acts pretty quickly. It helps with other nervous system problems as I have functional neurological disorder for which this is a symptom.

Colpermin
to see if it helps with my very long-term IBS, but I have a couple of questions. Firstly, how long before and after taking
Colpermin
is it okay to eat or drink?

Peppermint oil
Hi, I've bought some peppermint oil capsules today (
Colpermin
) but I'm a little confused how to take them. Do you just take them for relief during flare ups or are they intended to be taken regularly in an attempt to stop flare ups altogether?

I feel so much better
I've tried the usual.mebeverine, buscopan,
colpermin
, been on the aloe Vera gel for 3 years which does help . I do find that when I go on a gluten free diet it does help aswell. Sick and tired of not enjoying going out for meals ,can't eat this , can't eat that.

How I heal my IBS
Then, they gave me
Colpermin
tablets, it contains basically peppermint oil and this tablet helped me up to some extent. I was taking it everyday before meal, 1 tablet 3 times a day. Now, it was going well, but I was not satisfied completely.
