My Doctor has recently prescribed Buscopan for my IBS pain. However I do not think it suits me as after having a couple of tablets my heart starting beating fast which I find really frightening. Has anybody else had this experience whilst taking Buscopan. I am now trying Colpermin have only taken one dose.

My Consultant Gastroentologist prescribed Spasmonal Capsules. I find them much better than Buscopan & sometimes I even miss the lunchtime Capsule.
Ask your GP for some.
